Sometimes Gardening Editorial

The team that researches, writes and re-checks everything here.

Sometimes Gardening is written and maintained by a small editorial team. We grow in raised beds, on balconies and in one stubbornly clay-heavy back garden, which is roughly the range of conditions our readers write in about.

Every guide is drafted by one person, fact-checked against horticultural extension sources by another, and revisited at least once a year. When we change our advice we say so at the top of the page.
